Justin Hicks accepted the position of zone chief of the Field Procurement Operations Southwest Zone for Procurement and Property Services in Phoenix, Arizona. Hicks currently serves as a supervisory contract specialist and primary contracting officer for Procurement and Property Services for the Southwestern Region.

David Howell accepted the position of branch chief of the IRM Project Management Office for the Chief Information Office in Ogden, Utah. Howell currently serves as project management office supervisor, IT portfolio investment manager, for the Project Management Office in Utah.
