WASHINGTON, DC—Today, another set of proposed updates to U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service Timber Management Directives (2400 series) was published in the Federal Register. The 60-day public comment period is now open.

The agency is hosting a public webinar Thursday, Aug. 11, at 12 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time/9 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Participants can join this Teams event here. Once registered, attendees will receive an email with webinar information.

We are encouraging employees to share webinar information with partners, stakeholders and interested community members.
