Visit Grey Towers


Visitors must be accompanied by a tour guide to enter the mansion. The guided one hour tour takes the visitor through the first floor rooms of the mansion and several outdoor garden areas. Visitor Parking, handicap parking and drop-off options are available.

IMPORTANT:  Large bags and back packs of any kind are not allowed in the mansion.  For more information about what is allowed on our mansion tours, please see our Mansion Admission Policy or call 570-296-9630.

Group Tours are offered by reservation only.

Public mansion tours Memorial Day weekend through October, Thursdays through Mondays. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

School Visits

We offer a variety of curriculum-based conservation education programs for students in grades 2-12 by reservation only. Programs are intended to increase an awareness of and appreciation for natural resources and foster a stewardship ethic. Programs should enhance your classroom learning experience and can be tailored to meet your educational needs. An appropriate student-chaperone ratio is expected. There is no fee for conservation education programs. A covered area is provided for your students to enjoy their bagged lunches.
