The White Mountain National Forest offers a variety of maps and publications, many of which are available at our offices and visitor information centers. Major publications, such as our Forest Plan and annual Monitoring and Evaluation Reports can be found on this web site.

Monitoring and Evaluation Reports

These reports are part of the Forest Planning process and are completed annually except during Forest Plan revision. They provide the feedback necessary to ensure that our management actions are moving the White Mountain National Forest toward the desired future condition described in the Forest Plan. Motor Vehicle Use Maps
Motor Vehicle Use Maps (MVUM) are the official maps for designating all roads and trails available for public motorized travel on the White Mountain National Forest. These maps show all National Forest System roads, trails, and areas that are designated as open to motor vehicle travel.
