Cohesive Fire Strategy Request for Applications

FY 2021 Cohesive Fire Strategy Request for Applications

Cohesive Fire Strategy grants are a significant way that the Eastern Region helps State Forestry Agencies achieve the wildfire risk reduction and wildfire response priorities of State Forest Action Plans.

Three types of grants are available to States and local partners:

  1. Cross‐Boundary Wildfire Hazard Mitigation on Non‐Federal Lands (Cross-Boundary Mitigation),
  2. Wildfire Risk Reduction (WRR), and
  3. Wildfire Response (WR).
