What is it? Earth Day Celebration - saving wildflowers from invasive garlic mustard

When is it? Saturday, April 28 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, followed by a complementary lunch.

Where is it? Meet at the Horticulture Building, located by the greenhouse, at the Visitor Center

What's it all about? Earth Day is every day, but let’s make a difference together on this particular day! We need two teams to pull garlic mustard and clear brush to preserve a historic farmstead site. We can also learn more about native spring wildflowers like Virginia bluebells, spring beauties, trout lilies, jack-in-the-pulpits, among others! To RSVP email or call (815) 423-2149.
