This video is 17 seconds long. It has no sound. It shows an CanadAir CL-215 airplane on July 31, 2003, as it flies, from left to right, across Lake McDonald in Montana gathering water to fight the Roberts Fire. As it skims the surface, the wake it creates is visible. About half way through the video, it begins to gain altitude, and appears to be a few feet above the water when the video ends.
