On January 17, 2013, Forest Supervisor Cecilia R Seesholtz decided to implement Alternative C as described in the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Scriver Creek Integrated Restoration Project. The Record of Decision (ROD) documents Forest Supervisor Seesholtz's decision to select Alternative C. This decision is subject to administrative appeal pursuant to 36 CFR Part 215. Individuals/organizations who submitted comments during the DEIS or SDEIS comment period specified at 36 CFR 215.6 may appeal this decision. Appeals, including attachments, must be filed within 45 days from the publication date the legal notice in the Idaho Statesman, the newspaper of record. The legal notice was published on January 26, 2013. Publication of the notice is the exclusive means for calculating the time to file an appeal. Those wishing to appeal this decision should not rely upon dates or timeframe information provided by any other source.

Location Summary

The project area is approximately 11,510 acres and is located in the Scriver Creek sub-watershed, a tributary to the Middle Fork Payette River, 6 miles north of Crouch, Idaho.
