    • Emergency Situation Determination (04-23-2014) (PDF 538kb)
      The Forest Service Chief granted an Emergency Situation Determination (ESD) pursuant to 36 CFR 218.21 on April 23, 2014. The determination that an emergency situation exists is not subject to administrative review. With an ESD granted, the project is not subject to the pre-decisional objection process.
