Little Beaver Timber Management Project

Within the harvest footprint the proposed project would use ground-based logging systems for commercial timber harvesting(785 ac.),shelterwood removal(756 ac.)and salvage cutting(29 ac.). Up to 1.5 mi. of roads may be constructed for timber removal.

Location Summary

The project is located approximately nine miles south of South Fork, CO in the Little Beaver Creek drainage. Primary access is via National Forest System Roads 380 and 361.
