Montana Tri-Forest Federal Sustained-Yield Unit
Three southwest Montana national forests are proposing the Montana Tri‑Forest Federal Sustained‑Yield Unit to support local economies and maintain forest product infrastructure. A public hearing will be held April 1, 2026, in Helena, and the public is invited to share comments or submit written testimony.
