Bakerville to Loveland Trail

Pursuant to 36 CFR, Section 261.50(a) and (b), the following acts are prohibited on the Bakerville to Loveland Trail (BLT) (FDT 60) of the Arapaho National Forest until further notice: 1. Using any type of motorized vehicle. 36 CFR 261.55(b). 2. Possessing or transporting a dog except on a hand-held leash no longer than 6 feet long. 36 CFR 261.58(s). Pursuant to 36 CFR, Section 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from the order: 1. Persons with a permit specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or omission. 2. Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of an official duty. 3. Any person possessing a valid Colorado hunting license lawfully involved in hunting and harvesting game.
