Picnicking
Somehow the food always tastes better when enjoyed in a beautiful forest.
There are many developed day use picnic areas set up with tables for a relaxing, scenic picnic. Group picnicking areas feature tables and grills set up to accommodate large groups.
Overnight camping is not allowed in picnic areas unless posted. Many of the picnic areas are free, but some may require fees and/or reservations.
