Water Activities

Contrary to popular belief, there is actually water in Arizona.

Swimming

We do not prohibit swimming in any of our bodies of water; however, our lakes and streams do not have "sandy beaches" and therefore are not generally conducive to the activity. There are no lifeguards at any of our water sites and the water quality is not monitored except in Oak Creek.

See Oak Creek Water Quality Information for more on "Clean Water Starts With ME!"
