Prescott National Forest Begins Mine Cleanup Near Cherry

Beginning the week of April 27, 2026, the Forest Service will begin construction activities associated with the cleanup of an abandoned mine near Cherry, Arizona, on the Verde Ranger District of the Prescott National Forest in Yavapai County.
