Closures

Clouser Order Number: #03-09-03-25-05 went into effect today to provide safe work conditions for permittees conducting grazing operations and facilitate large scale cleanup. The closure order is set to expire on April 25, 2025. An additional closure order can be expected through the end of June while heavy equipment and hand crews finish work on the project. We do ask the public to please avoid the area and do not enter areas where the heavy equipment is operating. Approaching such equipment is very dangerous as the operator may not see you.

The intent of the project is to improve the health and resiliency of fire-adapted ecosystems while simultaneously reducing hazardous fuels that pose a threat to life and property in the Wildland-Urban Interface.
