Termination of Stage 1 Fire Restriction

Pursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 551 and 36 C.F.R. § 261.50(a), the prohibitions listed in Order Number: #0407-26-12, Stage 1 Fire Restrictions applicable to National Forest Systems lands described within the Dixie National Forest, dated June 24, 2026, and signed by Kevin Wright, Forest Supervisor, is hereby terminated effective September 2, 2026, at 12:01 AM.
