Non-Wood Forest Products are forest resources that are used for personal, commercial, and scientific purposes.  Examples include transplants such as  small tree and other live plants, collections of cones, bark, boughs, mushrooms, rocks, etc. except as authorized by Federal law, regulation, permit, contract, special use authorization, free use authorization, or personal use authorization.  Please contact the ranger district office you are interested in obtaining forest products from to learn more.
