Capitol Christmas Tree 2025
For the first time, the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree is coming from Nevada! The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest is honored to bring the tree from the Silver State to the West Lawn of the United States Capitol building this fall, and we want all Nevadans to take part in this historic event. Make an ornament, attend an event, or help give the tree a true Nevada sendoff as it makes its way across the country! This is a longstanding partnership with Society of American Foresters; keep up with the latest news and events on the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree homepage.
