LOG HAUL RESUMES ON THE BOB STORMSTER TIMBER SALE

Log haul on the Bob Stormster Timber Sale on the Salmon-Cobalt Ranger District is expected to begin during the week of May 19th.  The main haul route will be on Forest System Road #60023 (Stormy Peak Road).  The road will remain open to Forest users.  The Stormy Peak Road is steep and narrow in places with very few turnouts.  The Forest is urging drivers to use caution when driving the Stormy Peak Road and suggests using Forest System Road #60129 (Diamond Creek Road) as an alternate route. 

Hauling operations are expected to go through October.
