Celebration of Migratory Bird Day
Event Description:
Klamath National Forest will be hosting a guided birdwatching walk. It will take place on Saturday, May 10, at Greenhorn Park in Yreka. The event begins at 8 a.m., with participants asked to meet at the upper parking lot.
This event will be led by local bird experts, the morning outing offers an opportunity to observe and learn about spring bird species using the park’s diverse habitats. Attendees are encouraged to bring binoculars, spotting scopes and field guides.
