Stateline Lookout

Stateline Lookout is located on the north end of the Lake Tahoe Basin, above Crystal Bay. Breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe can be seen through the free telescopes available at the lookout. In addition, a short self-guided nature trail explains the history of the North Shore.
From Highway 28, turn north on Reservoir Drive just east of the old Tahoe Biltmore Casino, then turn right on Lakeshore Avenue and park near the iron pipe gate at Forest Service Road 1601. Please be respectful of private property between the first and second gates during the walk to the Lookout.
