Pearch Creek Campground

The campground offers several single-family campsites, suitable for both tent and RV-style camping. Each site has picnic tables and campfire rings with grills. Many have rock camp stoves as well. Vault toilets and drinking water are provided. Maximum trailer length of 30'.

General Information

Pearch Creek Campground is located in a mature Douglas fir and hardwood forest. The sound of Pearch Creek can be heard from most sites and the campground remains shady and cool during hot summer days. Salmon and steelhead fishing in the Klamath River are a short distance away and swimming, kayaking, and rafting are available in the Salmon River within a 10 minute drive. The small town of Orleans (population 630) is one mile to the south. The vault type restroom is accessible. All campsites have combination fire-ring grills picnic tables and many have rock camp stoves. Drinking water is available at the campground.

Interagency Park Passes are honored at the Six Rivers National Forest:
Interagency Senior Pass: A lifetime pass for citizens or permanent residents of the U.S., age 62 or older. There is a one-time $80 fee.
 
Interagency Access Pass: A lifetime pass free to citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. who have a permanent disability, regardless of age.
 
Holders of the above passes receive a 50% discount on camping fees on the Smith River NRA and Six Rivers National Forest. The passes also cover access to and use of many other Federal recreation sites that charge entrance or standard amenity fees.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $10 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $5 per vehicle per night

$10 per night for camping; $5 per extra vehicle. Cash (exact change) or check, made out to USDA (United States Department of Agriculture)
