Little Lasier Meadow Horse Camp

The campground offers equestrian sites for campers with horses. Sites are equipped with picnic tables, campfire rings, and hitching racks. A shared horse corral is on-site.

Check in: 2:00 p.m.; Check-out: 12:00 p.m.; Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Bears frequent the area; all food must be kept in approved containers. Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed.  Utility hookups, showers, telephones and cell phone service are not available at the campground.

Federal Recreational Lands Passes are honored on all applicable fees.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $24 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $5 per vehicle per night

Directions

From either east bound or west bound Interstate 80, take exit 188 to Highway 89 North to Sierraville. In 14.5 miles turn left onto Forest Road 07, at the Little Truckee Summit. Drive approximately 15 miles to Forest Road 70 and turn left. Cross the steel bridge and turn left, then go one mile to campground entrance on the left.
