Bitterroot Trail (#4422)
This is a proposed two mile hiking/biking trail from the Catherine Creek Trailhead to Atwood Road, northeast of Coyote Wall.
Currently, a user-created trail exists in this location, referred to as Ca2 during the planning process for this area. However, the official trail has not yet been built or signed, and the user trail passes through sensitive seasonal wetlands. Plans are to reroute and build this trail in 2025.
Please respect any signs about trail rehabilitation here, as sections are decommissioned or rerouting in parts to protect native habitat and create a more environmentally-friendly route.
