Big Eddy Day Use Area/Picnic Site

Along the Wild & Scenic Clackamas River, only 13 miles from Estacada, is a quaint day use site with several picnic tables that's perfect for a barbecue. This swimming hole is a great place to cool off on hot summer days and take a break before continuing on for a hike on the Clackamas River Ranger District.

Personal Flotation Devices are required in most instances for anyone boating in Oregon. There are rapids not far upriver from this site - please be safe when recreating in and around water!

Current Conditions
