Camp Creek Campground & Day Use

Camp Creek Campground sits next to a forest creek on the Zigzag Ranger District. A variety of recreational activities surround the campground, including hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, scenic views and points of exploration. The campground is near the border of the Mount Hood Wilderness, in the Zigzag Mountains. Campground is wheelchair accessible.

Current Conditions
Most Camp Creek Campground sites are first come, first served until Saturday, May 17 when campsites must be reserved via Rec.gov. Cash/check only until then.

Open 24 hours/day

  • Camping: 50% discount for single site camping with any of these passes: Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age or Golden Access.
  • Day use: The Annual Northwest Forest Pass may be used as a form of fee payment.

Vehicles 22 ft. max.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $25/night.
Double Site: $50/night.
Additional Vehicle Fee: $8/night.
Please be prepared to pay with CASH or CHECK.
*Sites may be reservable and reservation fees apply.*

    • $8/night for extra vehicle
  • Day use:
    • $10/day/vehicle
    • Northwest Forest Pass is accepted in lieu of day-use fee.
