PROHIBITIONS
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(a) the following act is prohibited within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest: Being within the boundaries of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest Administrative sites listed below:
- Naches Ranger Station
- White Pass Work Center
- Cle Elum Ranger Station
- Wenatchee River Ranger Station
- Entiat Ranger Station and Fire Warehouse
- Steliko Work Center
- Methow Valley Ranger Station
- Supervisor's Office
- Okanogan Valley Office
- North Cascade Smokejumper Base
EXEMPTIONS
The following exemptions apply:
- Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of an official duty.
- Forest Service Administrative Use.
- Persons with a written permit from the Forest Supervisor or District Ranger
- Persons parking in the identified Public Parking area and utilizing the Public Reception Area.
