Under the authority granted me by 36 CFR 261.50(a), in order to protect public safety, to prevent damage due to rutting and erosion caused by vehicle use, and to protect the water quality.
The following acts are prohibited until further notice:
(1) Using any motor vehicle off a Forest Development Road except snowmobiles, in Sections 11,12, & 14, T.21 N. R.19 E. as shown in Exhibit 1, 36 CFR 261.56.
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following exemptions apply:
(1) Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of an official duty.
(2) Forest Service Administrative vehicles.
(3) Persons with a written permit from the Forest Supervisor or District Ranger
