Pursuant to 16 USC 551 and 36 CFR 261.50(a) and (b), and to protect natural resources and provide for public safety, the following acts are prohibited within the Naches Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest:
For the purpose of this order, use by any motorized vehicle is prohibited on Naches Ranger District road and trail as listed below.
- Using any type of vehicle prohibited by the order. For the purpose this order is any motorized vehicle on National Forest System Road [NFSR ] 1308 north of where it intersects with the southern boundary of Section 31, T13N R13E (see attached map) and where a physical road closure barricade/posting has been established [36 CFR 261.54 (e)].
- Being on Indian Creek Trail #1105 from its trailhead n Section 26, T13 R12E north to its intersection with Trail #1109 [36 CFR 261.55(a)].
