Lone Fir Campground

This forested campground, surrounded by nearby mountains, is located along Early Winters Creek on Highway 20. 

This campground has beautiful mountain views, access to Lone Fir Trail #535 and is near Cuttthroat Creek Trail #483. Good overnight spot for bicyclists. Next campground westbound is located at Diablo Lake.

General Information

Not accessible during the winter season when North Cascades Scenic Highway (State Route 20) is closed. 

Early Winters Creek is closed to fishing.

(2 vehicles per site maximum) 2 tents or 1 RV and 1 tent maximum per site

50% discount for single site camping with any of these passes: Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age, or Golden Access. Applies to fee for site occupied by the pass holder.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $20 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle per night

Directions

Located on North Cascades National Scenic Highway 20. From Winthrop, travel 27 miles northwest from Winthrop on Highway 20, turn left into Lone Fir Campground along Early Winters Creek.
