Picnicking
The Olympic National Forest has several developed day-use recreation sites available for picnicking.
Many sites have tables, structures, restrooms, and potable water. Some of the day-use sites can even accommodate large groups. All day-use sites are first come, first serve.
Be sure to check the specific site for amenities and current status before planning your trip.

Tips for having successful picnic.

- Keep food in reusable containers or resealable bags before and after you eat.
