Poole Creek Campground Closed for the 2026 Season

Poole Creek Campground, including Poole Creek Boat Ramp is closed for construction. The campground will remain closed until the summer 2027 season. 

This project is being completed in collaboration with PacifiCorp and will improve campground infrastructure and visitor access. Planned improvements include: 

• Parking improvements at lakeside campsites to better accommodate modern camping equipment. 
• New Asphalt and subgrade improvements to campground loop road. 
• Parking lot refurbishment near the Poole Creek Boat Ramp.

Construction areas can be dangerous and unpredictable. Heavy equipment, trucks, excavation, uneven surfaces, active construction operations, and loud noises will be present. Do not enter closed areas, walk, or drive through construction zones or approach operating equipment. Please obey all barricades, signs and directions posted or from construction staff.
