With its sheer cliffs, dense conifer forests, summer wildflowers, and sub-alpine meadows, Umpqua National Forest’s southernmost area has offerings for hikers, bikers, climbers, and horseback riders. The southern part of the forest is also the gateway to the beautiful Rogue-Umpqua Divide Wilderness.
