Forest Order
Pursuant to 36 CFR, Section 261.50 (a), it is hereby ordered that the following is prohibitions hereinafter set forth apply to the Donley Rental Cabin, Tellico Ranger District. This order is in effect until a period of two years from the date executed or until terminated by an authorized Forest Service official, whichever occurs first.
1. Overnight occupancy by more than six persons. 36 CFR 261.58(t)
2. Being in the area around Donley rental cabin and surrounding grounds between the hours of
sundown or sunrise except by persons who are authorized to occupy the rental property by valid
permit and maintenance agreement. 36 CFR 261.58(1)
3. Discharging a firearm, air rifle, or gas gun within 500 feet of the Donley rental cabin. 36 CFR
