Forest Order
Pursuant to 36 CFR, Section 261.50 (a), the following act is prohibited on McKamy Lake on the
Ocoee/Hiwassee District, Indian Boundary Lake on the Tellico Ranger District, and Allen Branch Pond
located on the Unaka Ranger District, all within the Cherokee National Forest, shown on the attached
map. This order is in effect until a period of five years from the date executed or until terminated by an authorized Forest Service official, whichever occurs first.
