Warden Field (Citico Campsite #14) Limited to day use
Warden Field on the Tellico Ranger District is now limited to day use only. It is unlawful to enter or remain at Citico Campsite #14 (Warden Field) during the night period from 10p.m. to 6a.m. of every day during the time period of the 12th of May, 2026 through the 8th of September, 2026.

FOREST ORDER
Pursuant to 36 CFR, Section 261.50 (a), it is hereby ordered that the following prohibition hereinafter set forth applies to Citico Creek Campsite #14 (Warden Field), Tellico Ranger District, Cherokee National Forest, shown on the attached map. This closure order is intended to promote health and safety related issues stemming from considerable overnight use which causes sanitation issues where there are no existing restroom facilities. During this time, the area will be considered day-use only. Entering or remaining Citico Campsite #14 (Warden Field) during the night period from _!L pm to _6_ am of every day during the time period of the 12th of May, 2026 through the 8th of September, 2026 or until terminated by an authorized Forest Service official, whichever occurs first.
