Hemlock Cliffs Nature Hike

Come explore the sandstone rock formations, learn to identify trees and plants, and hike the tranquil 1-mile trail at Hemlock Cliffs. Parts of the trail can become slippery when wet. Please come prepared to practice Leave No Trace principles and “dispose of waste properly”. Wear proper footwear for hiking and bring a day pack with any necessities such as water.

Hemlock Cliffs is located between State Highway 237 and  37 about 2 miles north of Interstate 64. From Ind. 37 Take Governors Trace. Turn right on Hatfield Road and continue to the entrance to Hemlock Cliffs on the left. GPS Coordinates 38⁰16’38.777” N, 86⁰32’20.317”W. No restroom facilities at this location.
