Albany Brook Trailhead

​Albany Brook trail is an easy one mile trail offering some gentle undulations and begins by following the west shore of Crocker Pond. The trail then runs along the lower east slope of Albany Mountain and  descends to cross an old logging road.

The final destination 0.1 miles ahead reveals the secluded north end of Round Pond.

This trailhead is located adjacent to the Crocker Pond Campground and can be reached by traveling south on Flat Road from Route 2 in West Bethel, Maine.  At 5.8 miles, turn right following the sign to the campground.
