Instructions for Viewing and/or Downloading the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Proposed Decision
The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) and the Proposed Decision are available for public viewing and downloading.� They are divided into several Adobe Acrobat PDF (portable document format) files that are linked together.� In order to view the documents, you must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your personal computer.� If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader v3.0 or higher installed, Acrobat Reader v4.05 is available free of charge from the Adobe website which can be accessed by clicking on the icon below.
Note about Adobe Acrobat Reader:� Acrobat Reader allows you to view documents on the web through a browser.� It also allows you to view documents without connecting to the Internet after you have downloaded a .pdf file to your personal computer.

� This file contains the Dear Reader Letter, Abstract and links to all other
portions of the Final EIS including the Table of Contents, List of Acronyms,
Chapters 1-5, Glossary, Literature Cited, Index, and Appendices 4, 6, 7, 9, 12,
15, 17a, and 18.
Proposed Decision
� This file contains the Proposed Decision and links to the Table of Contents,
List of Acronyms, Glossary, Literature Cited, and Index.
To download the Final Environmental Impact Statement and/or the
Proposed Decision to your personal computer without losing any embedded links
between files, download the .ZIP files below. Click on the links with
your right mouse button and a
pull-up menu will appear to ask you to save
the file in a directory on your computer. Depending on the type of browser
used, the menu will have a different save command:
For Microsoft Internet Explorer browser: Select Save target as.
For Netscape Navigator browser: Select Save link as.
For Mosaic 3.0 browser: Select Load Anchor to Disk
Note: For Macintosh users, press and hold down your mouse button for the dialog box to appear, then select Save As.
