Positional Accuracy
The following elements comprise the Positional Accuracy reference:
	Horizontal Positional Accuracy, mandatory if applicable an estimate of the accuracy of the horizontal positions of the spatial objects.
	Horizontal Positional Accuracy Report, mandatory (if Positional Accuracy is completed an explanation of the accuracy of the horizontal coordinate measurements and a description of the tests used.
	Quantitative Horizontal Positional Accuracy Assessment, optional numeric value assigned to summarize the accuracy of the horizontal coordinate measurements and the identification of the test that yielded the value.
	Horizontal Positional Accuracy Value, mandatory (if Quantitative Horizontal Positional Accuracy Assessment is completed) an estimate of the accuracy of the horizontal coordinate measurements in the data set expressed in (ground) meters.
	Horizontal Positional Accuracy Explanation, mandatory (if Quantitative Horizontal Positional Accuracy Assessment is completed) the identification of the test that yielded the Horizontal Positional Accuracy Value.
	Vertical Positional Accuracy, mandatory if applicable an estimate of the accuracy of the vertical positions in the data set.
	Vertical Positional Accuracy Report, mandatory (if Positional Accuracy is completed an explanation of the accuracy of the vertical coordinate measurements and a description of the tests used.
	Quantitative Vertical Positional Accuracy Assessment, optional numeric value assigned to summarize the accuracy of vertical coordinate measurements and the identification of the test that yielded the value.
	Vertical Positional Accuracy Value, mandatory (if Quantitative Horizontal Positional Accuracy Assessment is completed) an estimate of the accuracy of the vertical coordinate measurement in the data set expressed in (ground) meters.
	Vertical Positional Accuracy Explanation, mandatory (if Quantitative Horizontal Positional Accuracy Assessment is completed) the identification of the test that yielded the Vertical Positional Accuracy Value.
