Attribute Information
The following elements comprise the Attribute Information reference:
	Attribute Label, mandatory the name of the attribute.
	Attribute Definition, mandatory the description of the attribute.
	Attribute Definition Source, mandatory the authority of the definition.
	Attribute Domain Values Can be repeated unlimited times. The following 4 are Domain Value Types:
		Enumerated Domain, the members of an established set of valid values.
	or
		Range Domain the minimum and maximum values of a continuum of valid values.
	or
		Code set Domain reference to a standard or list which contains the members of an established set of valid values.
	or
		Unrepresented Domain description of the values and reasons why they cannot be represented.
	Attribute Value Date Information, optional
	Attribute Value Accuracy Information, optional an assessment of the accuracy of the assignment of attribute values.
	Attribute Measurement Frequency, optional the frequency with which attribute values are added.
