FireFrog_CH_T1-22.xlsx \Data Microsoft Excel Open XML spreadsheet (XLSX) file containing all frog capture data for each of 22 sampling events. Worksheets 'I' - 'XXII' each contain data for the specified sampling event. This file also includes 1 additional worksheet 'Unknowns excluded from analyses' which includes frog capture data for the frogs excluded from analysis due to uncertainty in their markings (for example, if a color mark faded or moved).
FireFrog_Counts.csv \Data CSV file containing the number of new frogs and recaptured frogs found in each sampling event.
FireFrog_Trees.csv \Data CSV file containing all the tree data associated with the frog captures.
Plot[#].csv \Data CSV files (8) containing frog data for each frog found in Plot# (where # = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9); data include tree data and the binary capture history for each frog. (CSV versions of these files are used in FireFrog_JSmodel.R.)
SampleCovariatesALL.csv \Data CSV file containing 500 simulated data points per Plot, based on the actual Plot-level covariate data. (This file is used in FireFrog_Covariates.R.)
