Elevation: 5300-Foot Elevation

Amenities: 20+ Picnic sites- picnic tables, BBQ pedestal grills, campfire rings. vault toilets, trash facilities. Piped water - due to limited water availability, please bring enough water for cooking, cleaning, drinking, and extinguishing BBQ grill fires and campfires.  

Hiking: Access to the Silver Moccasin National Recreation Trail, the Chilao Visitor Center.

Fees: Day use - Adventure Pass/America the Beautiful Pass Required.

Reservations: Picnic sites are first come - first served. Reserving or holding of sites not allowed.
