Bull Mountain Campground

  

Minimally developed campground without individually numbered campsites. No picnic tables or fire rings present. Most campsites lack shade.

Year-round, however, the access road is closed to motor vehicles between Nov. 15 and June 15.

General Information

Directions: Take Highway 34 to County Road 4. Turn left and go approximately 4.5 miles and turn left on Forest Road 123 and go approximately two miles to NFSR 835.2 which enters the campground.

Campground Camping

Family camping. The only facility provided is a vault toilet, and the site is on Forest Road 835.2 ( off of the Stillwater Pass Road/Forest Road 123).

Fire Information Campfire rings are not supplied by the US Forest Service. If a fire ring is in place, you may use it when no fire restrictions are in place. One may also use a fire pan. Portable camp stoves are always recommended. Check for fire restrictions on the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland.
