Due to impacts from the Wallow Fire, the South Fork Campground on the Springerville Ranger District has been converted from a campground to a day use area.

Directions:

 

Directions from South Fork: From town center, go to the end of Apache County Road 4124, south of State Highway 260.


General Notes:

 

  • Picnic tables, fire rings and grills
  • No dump station. Stations are located in Greer and Springerville/Eagar.
  • Stream water is not treated, do not drink it.
  • Pets must always be restrained or on a leash.
