Crazy Creek Horse Camp

  

This site offers 5 horse camping sites with tables, fire rings, feed bins and hitching rails. Although there is no potable water, water is available in Crazy Creek for livestock.  Campground can accommodate RV's or trailers to 26 feet.

General Information

Directions:

There are no restroom facilities. Parking space is limited, so arrive early, especially on weekends. In the winter one can simply drive to the snow-line and park on the side of the road.


General Notes:

 

Warm Springs Creek runs north from Three Forks for 10 miles to the East Fork of the Bitterroot River.  

Warm Springs Creek flows primarily through National Forest land.  The lower 1.25 miles flow through private property.  This creek averages 20 feet wide and 7 inches deep.  Fishing is rated as fair with catches of 7-10" cutthroat not uncommon.
