Blodgett Pass Trail # 310

  

The Blodgett Pass trail is 1.0 miles long. It begins at Trail 19 and ends at Blodgett Pass. The trail is open for the following uses: Hiking, Horseback Riding

At a Glance

Current Conditions: A rockslide is blocking the trail in 5 places near the top of the Pass.  Work was started in 2010 to remove the rock however no additional clearing work is scheduled for 2011.  

Horses and mules will not be able to negotiate Blodgett Pass Trail until the work is completed in 2012.

Closest Towns: Hamilton, MT

General Notes:

This trail is hard for stock and has sheer drop-offs.  The Idaho side has lots of downfall.
