A popular trailhead for horse users, Watchtower Creek Trailhead has adequate parking for both cars and trailers. It offers access to Watchtower Creek Trail # 699 and the Selway Bitterroot Wilderness. Facilities include a wooden outhouse.  Activities include:  Horseback riding, Hiking

General Information

Directions: From Darby, MT head south on Highway 93 for 4.3 miles. Turn southwest (right) onto West Fork Rd. Travel 14.4 miles and turn west (right) onto Nez Perce Rd. Travel 9 miles. Turn north (right) on FS #5638. Travel 0.5 miles to the trailhead.
