Trapper Creek Trailhead has adequate parking for both cars and trailers. It offers access to Trapper Creek Trail #598 and the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. Close dispersed camping is readily available. There are no facilities.

General Information

Directions: From Darby, MT travel 4.3 miles south on Highway 93. Turn southwest (right) onto West Fork Rd. and travel approximately 6.4 miles. Turn north (right) onto Main Trapper Creek Rd. and go 0.5 miles, take the left fork FS 5628 and travel 2.6 miles to the end and the trailhead.
